Installation Includes:
- Local delivery and installation is included in the sale price. Extra travel changes are based on zones and will be reflected as a line item on your invoice.
Approximately how many miles is your home from Family Leisure? - Delivery by a 2 person crew to set the spa in an area prepared by the customer. If extra personnel is required due to a problem with the access path or the chosen location, there is a charge of $75.00 per additional person, payable at the time of installation. If a crane is required, it will be at the customer’s expense. Family Leisure and its delivery crew will gladly assist you in the removal of obstructions to access, such as fencing; however, neither will assume responsibility for replacing obstructions.
NOTE: We’ll make every effort to place your spa in the chosen location without damage to the spa or property, but cannot be responsible for minor damage, such as scratches or scrapes, to the spa or your property as a result of placing the spa.
NOTE: Spas are water tested before delivery. Should a plumbing leak develop, Family Leisure is only responsible for the repair of the leak, and not any consequential damages.
Electrical Requirements:
Due to code restrictions, Family Leisure cannot provide any electrical materials, labor, or connections, including hook-up.
- A qualified electrician should provide electrical materials and labor after the spa has been delivered. Refer to the spa owner’s manual for specific electrical requirements.
- General requirements for 110 Volt systems are 20 Amp breaker, 10/2 with ground wire, and dedicated line.
- General requirements for 220 Volt systems are 50 Amp or 60 Amp with a GFCI breaker depending on the spa model and number of pumps. The wire must be 6/3 with ground, and direct wired (No plug).

- Is the access path from the driveway to the delivery site accessible by a vehicle?
- If no, do you have a fence around the side and back yard?
- How large is the gate opening to gain access to the backyard?
- On Patio? Is the pad level?
- On Deck? What is the height from the ground?
- Is there railing? If so, can a section be removed if needed?
- Are there steps? If so, how many?
- Does the yard slope more than four feet in the access path?
Spa Going Inside:
- How many doors are there from the entrance to the delivery site?
- What is the size of the door openings?
- How many turns are there from the entrance to delivery site?
- How many stairs are there, including the entrance, to the delivery site?
- Are the stairs straight, split, or curved?
