Spa Skirting – Synthetic Cabinets
Your spa comes with a new high-grade synthetic cabinet. These cabinets are constructed of maintenance free material infused with UV inhibitors. This type of cabinet requires NO painting, staining, or sealing.


Shell – Acrylic Quarite or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
Cleaning of your spa surfaces should be done with non-abrasive, non-sudsing cleanser. We recommend using Natural Chemistry Clean &Protect.

Filter Cartridge
For your spa to have the healthiest life it can please clean your cartridge(s) monthly depending on use. Place your filter cartridge on a clean surface and spray them off using a garden hose. Rotate the filter cartridge as you spray it off to make sure you have removed all the debris and dirt you can. Allow the filter cartridge to dry, then inspect for calcium deposits or any oily film. If your filter cartridge has calcium deposits (scaling) we recommend immediate replacement of that filter cartridge. Family Leisure recommends you keep extra filters on hand to be used as needed. Family Leisure recommends doing a deep clean of your filter every 3 months with SwimClear Filter Clean. Soak your filters overnight, let them air dry, and replace them back into your spa. FOLLOW ALL WRITEN INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF FILTER CLEANER!

Spa Pillows
Your spa comes with head, neck, and/or other pillows for your comfort. These require regular cleaning and prevention services as well. Use a mild soap water solution to clean off oils from your pillows. The use of Leisure Time Cover Care & Conditioner after each cleaning to protect their exterior. Spa pillows are not covered under any manufacturer warranties. Your spa pillows are susceptible to chemical burn. When you add chemicals into your spa always leave your spa cover off for an appropriate amount of time, Family Leisure recommends 15-60 minutes, to allow ventilation to prevent deterioration of your spa pillows. When not using your spa for a long period of time, we recommend removing your spa pillows to protect them until you are ready to use your spa again.

To get replacement pillows for your spa, please bring one into our Service Department for us to match up your old pillow to a new one. Alternatively, you can send us pictures at CSN@familyleisure.com and we will try our best to match it up from there
