Warning on Manual Vacuuming

Over time, the manual vac head can develop sharp ridges along its edge from being dropped or thrown out of the pool. For this reason, do not rub the manual vac head up against the wall of the pool. Keep a few inches off the wall at all times. The sharp plastic edges can cause pin holes in the liner. This is called aggressive cleaning and is not
covered under the liner warranty. In addition, the bristles on the bottom of the vac head can become worn over time, thereby decreasing the distance the head remains off the liner. This, or allowing the vac head to remain in one place too long, can cause the liner to be sucked up and twisted, creating wrinkles. Wrinkles caused from vacuuming are not warrantied.
