The warmth and relaxation of using your new spa in the cold winter is its own reward. With that said, in times of cold and snow there are some precautions you need to follow to protect your spa.<br><br>\u2022 Always keep your spa running.<br>\u2022 Always keep your water temperature well above freezing.<br>\u2022 Always use your spa cover when not in your spa.<br>\u2022 Remove excessive snow build up on your spa cover.<br>\u2022 Maintain correct water chemistry for your spa.<br>\u2022 Replace filters as needed.<br><br>If for any reason you can not maintain the above list or don\u2019t anticipate using your spa during the winter months you can winterize your spa. We at Family Leisure advise caution when considering this methodology.
